During your session you do not need to be present but simply open and accepting of my healing.
Distance reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that restores balance while supporting your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. Alongside this I will be tuning into your body and receiving any guidance you may need which may be linked to any lack of balance in your body or blocked chakras.
This can also help promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Many will let me know they felt relaxed, peaceful or notice some warmth or tingling sensations. However everyone’s experience is different.
Please allow up to 14 days for your Reiki Healing to be complete.
You will receive an email on completion with all findings alongside what has come through for you throughout the session.
